When a device arrives tap «Receive device», type the customer's name, the device type and the fault, and photograph its condition. If you take a deposit, record it here.
Every job gets a receipt with a number and a barcode that you hand to the customer or send on WhatsApp. When they return you scan the barcode and the job opens directly.
To sell an accessory or spare part on its own, open «Sell». Spare parts you use inside a job are added to the job itself, so they go into its cost.

From «More → Settings» set the default number of warranty days, which is written on every new job. You can change it for a particular job.
After a number of days you choose from the «Ready» state, Rafeeq puts the device on a «Forgotten» list as a reminder. It never sells anything or disposes of the device; the decision is yours alone.
