Common questions
How do I know which medicines are about to expire?
Open «More → Expiry» to see batches sorted by how soon they expire. You also get alerts ahead of expiry by a period you set in Settings.
How do I sell one strip from a box?
When you add the medicine, enter how many strips are in a box. In Sell choose «Strip» and its price is worked out from the box price, with stock deducted proportionally.
How do I find an alternative for an unavailable medicine?
On the Sell screen search for the medicine and tap «Alternatives», and medicines with the same active ingredient in your stock appear.
On a computer or in the browserIf your phone is not at hand, open Rafeeq Business in the browser and sign in with the same number: the same cashier and the same steps.
